To qualify for applying our grant programs, you must:

Step 1: Have a 501 (c)3 organization certificate or a fiscal sponsor with signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) ; then fill out and send the “Eligibility Verification Form” to us.
Step 2: You may submit your “PROPOSAL” after you meet our eligibility requirements.
Step 3: For any other grant categories, please check “Other Grant Programs” section below.

Note: All the “Eligibility Verification Form” and “PROPOSAL” must be submitted to grants@clusaproto.ccdfx.com
