The Civic Leadership USA (CLUSA) and Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association (APAPA) are proud to join the San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade in celebrating the year of the PIG as well as the 150th year of the first US transcontinental railroad completion.
