Eligibility Verification
All applicants for our grant programs must meet our eligibility requirements (fill in the verification form & receive approval) before submitting your proposal to CLUSA.
- Once we confirm your verification form, which means you are/will:
- Eligible to apply for any of our grant programs during the grant program application periods
- Need to update your organization information on an annual basis
- Receive our latest grant program information
- To complete the verification form, please:
- Download the file here
- Fill out the form
- Send it back to the grants@clusaproto.ccdfx.com to verify/get an approval
We will verify all of your information and reply with an email in 5 working days.
Please send us any questions you may have to grants@clsua.org; we will check and reply in 2 working days.
