All applicants for our grant programs must meet our eligibility requirements  (fill in the verification form & receive approval) before submitting your proposal to CLUSA.  

• Once we confirm your verification form, which means you are/will:  

1. Eligible to apply for any of our grant programs during the grant program application periods
2. Need to update your organization information on an annual basis
3. Receive our latest grant program information 

• To complete the verification form, please:

2. Fill out the form
3. Send it back to the grants@clusaproto.ccdfx.com to verify/get an approval

We will verify all of your information and reply with an email in 5 working days.
